To submit your video of a song, poem or spoken word, please read the instructions below, scroll down to watch our tutorial video and click on the “Share Your Voice” button.
If your performance is selected, you will receive an email from our Chords2Cure team. Log into our app or visit our web channel to find your Video On Demand where everyone can see you shine!

Share Your Voice Submission Requirements
Submission is simple, please see below for requirements:
Video Quality: 720HD or better
Format: HORIZONTAL standard video files, including MP4 (MPEG-4), MOV (Quick Time), AVI, WMV (Windows Media)
Aspect: 16:9 – Landscape Mode on Mobile Devices
Please keep your video 5 minutes or less. If that is not possible, please contact us at chords2cure1@gmail.com, to discuss possibilities for longer submissions.
We also need:
A contact e-mail address
The title of your video
Name(s) of everyone appearing in the video
Waiver Signature: During the uploading process, a waiver will be presented and must be returned signed before the submission can be officially considered. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian sign on your behalf.
Once you hit “submit”, you are confirming your agreement with all terms of the waiver. If there is a problem with the upload, you should receive an error message. If you don’t, please email us a chords2cure1@gmail.com
The C2C Team will review all submissions and we will let you know by email if your submission will be uploaded to the site.
